We only offer returns or replacements if:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  
• You must provide photo/video evidence of the issue via email or WhatsApp.
  

2. Refunds

• After verification, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  
• For replacements, the new product ships within 2–7 business days after approval.
